Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us and visiting our platform. We are committed to fulfilling your orders and delivering the products you have requested wherever you are and within the specified time. At the same time, we respect your decision should you choose to return products for any reason, subject to the conditions outlined in this Return Policy. To learn more, please read the following terms:
Return of Goods:
1) The purchase contract may be canceled within seven days from the date the consumer receives the product, or before the product has been shipped to the consumer.
2) If the consumer wishes to return the product and cancel the contract, the product must be in its original condition as received, including its original packaging.
3) In the event of a return, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs to and from the consumer unless the shipment is arranged by the consumer directly. If the product was originally shipped free of charge, the consumer shall bear a fee of SAR 35 per returned shipment up to 25 kg, SAR 70 if the shipment weighs between 26 kg and 50 kg, and SAR 100 if the shipment exceeds that weight.
4) Under all circumstances, perfumes, cosmetics, makeup products, underwear, socks, books, printed materials, stationery, and any products custom-made upon request cannot be returned. Examples include custom-made bedrooms, kitchens, furniture in general, tailored clothing, and other products requiring customization. Mobile phones, computer software, CDs, information technology software, music albums, swimwear, underwear, and all consumable goods specified under consumer rights are also non-returnable. Additionally, products showing defects caused by misuse, improper handling, or use by the consumer are not eligible for return.
5) If any product under warranty is returned and cannot be repaired by the agent or importer, the product's expected lifespan and the period of use by the buyer shall be taken into consideration, and a corresponding deduction shall be made from the compensation amount.
6) If the product is returned in accordance with the conditions stated above, the amount paid will be credited to the customer’s balance on the platform. If the customer wishes to receive a refund, the amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer to the platform.
Balance and Its Uses:
The customer’s balance on our platform falls under two main categories:
1) Refundable Balance to the Customer’s Bank Account: This is the balance added to the customer’s wallet as the value of returned products, or products that were ordered and paid for but canceled before shipment.
2) Non-Refundable Balance: This is the balance added to the customer’s wallet through the redemption of earned reward points and cannot be refunded in cash or transferred to the customer’s bank account.
The customer may use the available balance in their wallet when purchasing products through the platform. If the balance is equal to or greater than the cart value, the full amount will be deducted from the balance. If the available balance is insufficient to cover the entire cart value, the available amount will be deducted from the balance and the remaining amount may be paid using a bank card.
